Jason Hope is a renowned futurist who always has his eye on the future of technology. He is mainly focused on investing in startup companies, philanthropy, and biotechnology. He can be found around Scottsdale giving out grant programs to entrepreneurs and mentoring high school students. He also has an interest in how business in the entire state of Arizona relates to both regional and national politics.
Jason Hope is among the biggest proponents of the Internet of Things and his views have been covered widely at Tech.co. He has called the internet of things the greatest advancement in world of technology and his views usually shape the direction of the technology industry. The Internet of Things basically refers to the technology that allows various devices to sync together. This includes everyday devices such as streetlights, kitchen appliances, car and electronic devices. The devices use the same networks, share data and increase efficiency while minimizing waste. Hope stated that the Internet of Things has the ability to change business operations and it will be the biggest investment the world’s biggest corporation turn to. Hope’s prediction indicates a future where every device will be able to connect with the next device.
Jason Hope made a $500,000 donation to the California based SNES Foundation, a nonprofit foundation that promotes, develops and provides access to rejuvenation biotechnology that address disease related to age. The scientific and technological communities are all increasingly realizing the role rejuvenation technologies have in taking care of age-related diseases. In addition to SNES, Jason Hope has worked with the Leukemia & Lymphoma SDMSC, The Andre Agassi Foundation and Teach for America Phoenix as well as a host of other charities and foundations.
